About Larrakia Development Corporation
The Larrakia Development Corporation working for All Larrakia, the traditional owners of Darwin. Its primary role is to assist All Larrakia in developing businesses and gaining meaningful employment.
The Larrakia Development Corporation is extremely proud of its achievements to date. Its projects have paid dividends both in financial terms and more importantly in raising the level of self esteem within the Larrakia and other Indigenous people.
The flow on effect of this effort by the Larrakia people has given a significant financial and employment boost to the Darwin and Northern Territory.

Our Mission
To promote the financial independence and lifestyle of all Larrakia People through the commercial development of Larrakia assets and to do so in such a way that promotes employment, training and business opportunities for all Larrakia people.
Larrakia Step Up
Australian Attorney-General, The Hon Robert McClelland MP, in his Negotiating Native Title Forum speech on the 29 Febuary 2008 referenced the Larrakia people, Larrakia Development Corporation and Larraki Homes as a positive example of a way forward in terms of Native Title.
